Event Housekeeping rules:
- Please check in at the time of your arrival.
- Registration deadline/RSVP is Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 5:00 pm. Late registration requests may be available and are based on seating availability or headcount. Late registration may be subject to a higher event fee. The late fee is determined at the registration table.
- Late payment requests must be confirmed with the chapter treasurer and/or at your time of arrival (check-in/registration). Please contact treasurer.shrmrgv@gmail.com to submit your request. Requests must be approved.
- To receive the membership rate, annual dues must be paid and up to date. To ask about annual dues, please contact treasurer.shrmrgv@gmail.com
- Monthly meetings are scheduled on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Cancelations must be submitted by Monday at 5:00 pm on the week before the event.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows.
