Help me HR, my team can’t work together: Using 5 Dysfunctions of a Team to improve team performance

Teams can struggle to accept responsibilities and come to any agreements, resulting in negative morale. Throughout the five dysfunctions of their team become evident, absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results. In this session, the The Five Dysfunctions of a Team will be reviewed to help HR Leaders outline the root causes of politics and dysfunction on the teams and the keys to overcoming them. Counter to conventional wisdom, the causes of dysfunction are both identifiable and curable. However, they don't die easily. Making a team functional and cohesive requires levels of courage and discipline that many groups cannot seem to master.
