    Presenter PAMELA J. BRATTON

Pam Bratton has always worked in fast-paced environments. Her first job operating a surfboard stand prepared her for working with a diverse group of people and for her current role as Vice President of Meador Staffing Services. She entered the staffing industry in 1976, and her career has led her into many phases of the business, from sales and operations to executive management.  Pam is the contract administrator and compliance officer for the company and is known as the ‘go to girl’ for regulatory, legislative, and contract matters.

She maintains an active role in monitoring regulatory and legislative actions in Texas. Pam has testified before both Texas House and Senate Committees as well as the Department of Insurance in advocating for her business interests.  Her wall of fame includes photos with many sitting governors, as well as 1 president. Pam is known as someone who can find common ground and a sensible solution to just about any issue.

On a less-known note, she holds the keys to 17 cities and was designated by Governor Lamar Alexander as an honorary citizen of the State of Tennessee.  She is the only person within the company to receive the employee of the year designation twice.
