    Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions Policy: Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to webmaster@shrmrgv.org by 4:00 PM on November 25 to qualify for a full refund. Registrants failing to cancel by this deadline and meeting no-shows will not be granted a refund and are responsible for paying the full registration fee. Walk-ins are welcome but seating is not guaranteed.
