Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions Policy: Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to treasurer@shrmrgv.org by 5:00 PM on Sept. 21 to qualify for a full refund. Registrants failing to cancel by this deadline and meeting no-shows will not be granted a refund and are responsible for paying the full registration fee. Walk-ins are welcome but seating is not guaranteed.
