The Executive Recruiting Firm of G.C.Yeiser and Company is actively seeking a Dynamic Human Resource Professional for one of their clients.
The position is for a Human Resource Manager in McAllen/Reynosa. The client company is a manufacturing facility with operating plants in both cities.
Responsible for team building, safety, mentoring, building rapport between the two plants. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources in Wisconsin with dotted line to Plant Mgr. Salary is 65K-75K with bonus.

Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is required. Two years experience working with benefits and insurance is required. Experience in higher education, PeopleSoft and/or payroll processing systems is preferred. | ||
Responsibility: | Administers all aspects of benefit programs such as group health insurance and retirement. Performs accounting functions related to payroll and benefits administration, including its associated reports and payments. Maintains records and procedures related to benefits. Conducts employee benefits training and enrolls employees in selected benefits. Aids employees in resolving benefits related issues including acting as the liaison between employees and ERS. Informs employees of available leave benefits, reviews relevant leave policies, and serves as a liaison for employees on leave. Coordinates care and return to work via Workers’ Compensation when necessary. Evaluates and rectifies safety concerns. Processes payroll and TRS reporting, serving as back-up when necessary. Develops human resource solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action. Provides departmental support as necessary. Assists in organizational development, streamlining, and implementation of HR processes and procedures. | ||
