Online RSVP Now Available

Online registration opens up approximately three weeks prior to the event and closes at 11:00 a.m. on the Friday before the meeting.   Walk-ins are always welcome after that time!  However, SHRM-RGV 390 members who did not RSVP by the deadline will be required to pay the attendance rate of $25.00.

When online registration is open for a certain event, you will see the active Registration link on the "Meetings and Events" tab located on the left side of the screen - just below the Search section.  Fill out the required information and click on submit.  You will receive a confirmation notice once your form is received.

There may be times when more than one meeting and/or event is open for registration.  Therefore, please be sure you access the appropriate form for the meeting you wish to attend.

Please be reminded that should you not attend the meeting once you have registered for it,  you will be responsible for fees incurred on your behalf.
