RSVP for May's Meeting 2021

    All attendees (members and non-members) should RSVP to receive the zoom link for the day of the evening event. If you are making a reservation for someone in addition to yourself, please include the name, email, and company of your guest(s).

    By completing the form below, your space will be reserved. Should you not receive a confirmation message after submitting the form, please email treasurer@shrmrgv.org. You will be invoiced for the registration fee by email no later than the Monday of the week of the event. You may pre-pay online or by mailing a check to SHRM #390 PO BOX 6786, McAllen, TX 78502 once you receive the invoice.

    Registration Fee: Members $15, Non-Members $25, Students $10.

    The deadline to RSVP is Monday (week of the event) by 5:00 p.m.

    Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions Policy: Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to treasurer@shrmrgv.org by 4:00 PM the day before the event to qualify for a full refund. Registrants failing to cancel by this deadline and meeting no-shows will not be granted a refund and are responsible for paying the full registration fee. Walk-ins are welcome but seating is not guaranteed.
