RSVP for March's Meeting 2020 - CANCELLED

    All attendees (members and non-members) should RSVP to expedite the registration process on the day of the evening event. If you are making a reservation for someone in addition to yourself, include the name and company of your guest(s).

    By completing the form below, your space will be reserved. Should you not receive a confirmation message after submitting the form, please email treasurer@shrmrgv.org. You will be invoiced for the registration fee by email no later than the Monday of the week of the event. You may pre-pay online or by mailing a check to SHRM #390 PO BOX 6786, McAllen, TX 78502 once you receive the invoice.  Pre-paying simplifies the registration process on the day of the meeting.

    Pre-payment Registration Fee: Members $25, Non-Members $35, Students $15.

    Deadline to RSVP is Monday (week of the event) by 5:00 p.m.

    Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions Policy: Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to treasurer@shrmrgv.org by 4:00 PM on March 23rd to qualify for a full refund. Registrants failing to cancel by this deadline and meeting no-shows will not be granted a refund and are responsible for paying the full registration fee. Walk-ins are welcome but seating is not guaranteed.
