Registration Deadline:October 24, 2022 (extended from 10/19/22)
Conference fees are expected to be paid in full by October 24, 2022
Cancellation & Refund Policy
SHRM RGV hopes everyone who registers for a meeting will be able to attend, however, we understand scheduling conflicts or extenuating circumstances do occur. The SHRM RGV Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to treasurer@shrmrgv.org
- Conference registration canceled on or before October 21, 2022 is refundable in full but will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
- Conference registration canceled on or after October 24, 2022 is not refundable. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual or a credit may be issued for a future meeting, but will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
- In the event SHRM RGV must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, paid conference registrations will be refunded in full.
