All conference fees are expected to be paid by November 3rd, 2021.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
SHRM RGV hopes everyone who registers for a meeting will be able to attend, however, we understand scheduling conflicts or extenuating circumstances do occur. The SHRM RGV Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
SHRM RGV Annual Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to ensure consistency and is applicable to cost.
- Conference registration canceled by online email to treasurer@shrmrgv.org on or before October 21st is refundable but subject to a $20 administrative fee.
- Registrants canceling on or after October 22nd, 2021 will not receive a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual or a credit can be provided for a future meeting, but subject to the $20 administrative fee.
- In the event SHRM RGV must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, SHRM RGV will refund the cost of registration.
