Meeting & Event Registration Information
Online registration opens up approximately three weeks prior to the event and closes at 4:00 p.m. on the Friday before the meeting. Walk-ins are always welcome after that time! However, we may be unable to guarantee sufficient seating.
When online registration is open for a certain event, you will see the active Registration link on the left tab located on the left side of the screen - just below the Search section.
There may be times when more than one meeting and/or event is open for registration. Therefore, please be sure you access the appropriate form for the meeting you wish to attend.
Pre-payment is available. Should you be interested in pre-payment, please indicate 'Yes' on the registration form and include a number where you may be contacted for pre-payment.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions Policy: Cancellations and/or substitutions received by the Friday before the monthly meeting by 4:00 p.m. will be fully refundable. All changes must be made in writing and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Registrants who cancel after this date will not be issued a refund. Registrants failing to cancel by the registration deadline and no-shows are responsible for paying the full registration fee. Walk-ins are welcomed, however, SHRM RGV cannot guarantee there will be available seating.
